The Lenovo IdeaPad Miix 520 is a sleek and sturdy detachable tablet-laptop hybrid. It’s built from a magnesium-aluminum alloy chassis, offering a modern, premium aesthetic while maintaining portability. The tablet portion weighs around 880g, and with the keyboard attached, it comes in at approximately 1.25kg, making it heavier than the Microsoft Surface Pro but still very manageable for everyday carry.

The watchband-style hinge kickstand (inspired by Lenovo’s Yoga line) allows for multi-angle adjustments up to 150°, making it versatile for use on desks, laps, or in tablet mode. Build quality is solid—there’s minimal flex, and the hinge is smooth and reliable.
